LITTLE TOT & PARENT CLUB

This club brings together parents and their young children to discuss and enjoy the growth of their young children as well as to observe the RIE-inspired methodology in action.

You will be invited to unwind, develop your respectful parenting style, and create a bond that will last you and your child throughout life under the guidance of a RIE-Certified facilitator.

You may join us for as little as one (1) month (or about 5 sessions) or stay with us until your little tot turns two (2)
Sessions are held in LTI-Tapaninvainio (Takaniityntie 5 F, 00780 Helsinki)
Club will run when there are two (2) or more families enrolled

Topics to cover:
- how to encourage independent play
- how to provide uninterrupted play
- silent observation - learning your little tot's cues
- selective intervention - learning when and how to respond to your little tot
- sportscasting - creating awareness for your little tot
- childcare based on respect and trust on your little tot as a self-learner, self-initiator and a capable human being
- how to create an environment that is physically safe, cognitively challenging and emotionally nurturing
- how to set clearly defined limits and boundaries to develop discipline

10 sessions per semester (no session on 19.04.2025)

90 minutes per session, includes a light snack for your little tot in the middle of the session

380€ per semester (10 sessions)

Invoice will be sent in 2-parts via email and has to be paid on the due date written in the invoice
- If the payment isn't paid within two (2) weeks of the due date, another invoice will be sent with the corresponding reminder fee and interest.

Little tots are insured during the session

Small group only, up to six (6) families per session
- newborn group - from three (3) months old to pre-walking twelve (12) months old
- toddler group - from newly walking one (1) year old or younger to two (2) years old
